MVME181 Board

MVME181 is basically a stripped-down version of the MVME187 without any on-board devices besides 2 serial ports. The on-board memory could be enhanced via VME-memory boards:

• MVME224 (4MB MVME147-compatible or 8MB simple memory)
• MVME236 (4, 8 or 16MB parity memory)

CPU

• 88100 at 20MHz
• two 88200 CMMUs

Cache

• 16KB/16KB I/D off-chip L1

Memory

• 8MB on-board RAM

Misc

• 2 serial ports
• Dallas DS1216 real-time clock
